Paperless billing is here!

The new billing system for both the TLA and Tanglewood Water Division is active as of April 23, 2025. With this new system you can see your bills and billing history, choose to have the bills sent via email and pay bills on-line if desired. We are also offering a FREE option of automatic pay or autopay which can be drafted automatically from your account 30 days after the invoice date of your bill. Autopay with a credit card will come with a processing charge. The first step is to set up an account on https://tanglewood.authoritypay.com/ using your account number and CID number found on your new water bill.
