Tanglewood Beach Park Rules and Regulations

The Tanglewood Beach Park is a private, members and residents only, sports complex that includes the following:  children’s playground, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, water recreation activities, fishing, a pavilion for entertainment complete with an outdoor grill, a sandy beach for relaxing, and a beautiful lake for swimming, fishing, and boating.

The park is open daily from dawn to dusk. TLA provides lifeguard service from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day or as posted.  Lifeguards patrol the area from the sand beach to the floating swim platforms and the immediate surrounding area. They do not patrol the entire lake. Swimming with no lifeguards present or outside the patrol area is done at your own risk.

All activities on TLA common properties and parks are done at your own risk, including sports activities, swimming, boating or using a flotation device on the lake outside the defined guard area.  TLA members and residents must be in good standing with all financial and deed compliance obligations in order to use any Tanglewood Park facilities.

Sarah Didier is the TLA Beach Manager! She will be hiring and working with our lifeguards this summer! She can be reached at [email protected]. The beach will officially have lifeguards starting Saturday, May 27th, 2023!
